Technology for a calmer everyday life.
Hav Labs is the company behind Elmar, an app that gives parents an overview of family life and a little less to keep in their heads.
Elmar
What we are building
Information from school, preschool and the children’s activities comes from many directions. Elmar gathers what the family shares, helps keep track of what needs doing, and sends reminders in good time.
Parents can forward an email, share a picture, add a calendar link or tell Elmar in their own words. Elmar shows what it has added and where each item came from.
Elmar is currently being tested with a small number of families. There is a web version and an iPhone app in testing. The product is in Swedish.
Founder
Alexander Sjöberg
Founder and owner, Hav Labs AB
I started Hav Labs to make everyday life easier for parents. As a single father of two, I know how much there is to plan, remember and get done. That experience is the starting point for what I build.
I hold a master’s degree in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University and have built digital products for over ten years, at companies including King, Peltarion and Klarna. I have worked with AI and machine learning since 2013, leading product development that makes advanced technology easier to use.
